The room was ridiculously cramped for a family of four. We moved, but the new place wasn’t much better—dirty carpets, ripped curtains, and a toilet with barely any light. Honestly, it felt more like a budget motel than a hotel.

The breakfast buffet offered a solid selection, better than average for complimentary meals. the room presented challenges. Thin towels for two people and a lack of international TV channels limited comfort. Staff were mostly friendly and accommodating. Be cautious about navigating the various Ibis locations; miscommunication cost us valuable time and money. Solid value for the area, but expect limitations on amenities. Room for improvement in customer communication and room maintenance.

During my recent stay at Ibis Styles, I found a mix of positive and negative aspects that I feel are important to share. The room itself was quite comfortable, with a clean and cozy atmosphere. there were a few things that could be improved upon. One aspect that stood out to me was the lack of ironing facilities in the room. As someone who likes to always look put together, it was a bit inconvenient not to have this amenity readily available. the heating and air conditioning system seemed a bit finicky. It was difficult to regulate the room temperature effectively, which made it a bit uncomfortable at times. the room did have a small sitting area which I appreciated. It was nice to have a separate space to relax and unwind after a long day of travel. The free Wi-Fi in the room was also a nice touch and made it easy to stay connected. In terms of improvements, I wish there was a terrace or outdoor space where guests could enjoy some fresh air. A dressing area with more storage options would have been helpful as well. While the rooms were advertised as soundproofed, I did notice some noise from neighboring rooms at times. The room service was prompt and efficient, and the housekeeping staff kept the room clean throughout my stay. The availability of laundry services and airport shuttle were also convenient amenities to have.

Comfortable bed and great shower, but that’s where the positives ended. The room felt cramped, and cleanliness was a concern—wet bathroom and hairs on the wall weren’t ideal. Breakfast area was way too small for the crowd, making it chaotic. Staff interactions were disappointing; I encountered rudeness, particularly when requesting a cot that never arrived. They also insisted I come down to settle the dinner bill late at night, which felt unnecessary and intrusive. Despite the convenient location near the airport, I'll be looking elsewhere next time.

I loved that the hotel was literally a one-minute walk from the Terminal 3 access, making it so easy to get around, especially with the RER train connections right nearby and the airport shuttle at my fingertips. The breakfast buffet was outstanding with a great variety of pastries and well-stocked options, which added to a pleasant start to my day, and the bar had reasonably priced food too. While the hotel itself was inviting and comfortable, the signage could be clearer for first-time visitors, but overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to explore the area without the hassle.

Location was convenient as it had direct access to the train to the airport right across the road. The staff was terrific and the breakfast was decent - definitely a good way to start the day off right!
The room was disappointing. It was tiny and lacked amenities - no coffee maker, microwave, or toiletries.

Stayed for 1 night at Ibis Styles and it was a nice experience. the breakfast buffet offered yummy food and had flexible hours from 5-10AM. the room was basic but very comfortable, with excellent wifi and soundproofing. the convenient location near the airport and access to transportation made it ideal. the staff were respectful and helpful, and there was a nearby supermarket for additional convenience.

the hotel was super clean - with a great location close to the airport terminals. also, the staff provided great local insights. the breakfast served from 4.30 a.m. was a real lifesaver before my morning flight.

Our room had a fantastic view looking down into the atrium. The design was modern and functional, with plenty of outlets for charging devices. The hotel's location was convenient for accessing the airport and convention center. The breakfast was surprisingly good, and the hotel also had a bar with a nice selection of wines. Despite a few drawbacks, we found our stay to be comfortable and satisfying overall.

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed a satisfying breakfast with a variety of options and ample seating. The convenience of being within walking distance to the airport allowed us to sleep in a bit longer. Furthermore, the room was tidy with plenty of hangers and storage space.
The hotel felt incredibly crowded with limited lobby space. Dinner reservations had long wait times, leading to us opting for a takeout meal.
